A couple of days ago I was summoned to one of my customer’s offices – they wanted to see me face-to-face. My heart immediately dropped, thinking what could have gone wrong… When I arrived, I was told they wanted to meet me man-to-man to say “Thank You”…. What, who does this anymore in this cut-throat world we live in. It meant the world to me and it inspired me to pass it along.
